Although, I have a 30 before 30 list and that inspires me to continue to work on them on a monthly basis to check things off my list. I would always say "well i dont want to have to wash my hair again". I wash it every second day, so I make sure to go to the gym before I wash it at night. If I shower without gymming, I see it as a waste.<br /><br />I stocked up on fruits to try and get me to stop eating all the refined sugar goodies I am in love with. If I want candy, I get a grapefruit and eat that. It's not perfect but it works. Also when I cut out junk food for a week, this saved me :)<br /><br />Anyways, good luck :D When you don't have the junk in your house, you're less likely to eat it.
