Thrift Challenge Reveal

Tshirt American Apparel {Salvation Army $3) Leather Skirt No tag {Thrift $15}
Belt  I already had it but don't know from what store.

So today is the big reveal for the March Thrift Challenge, I'm linking up with Kris from A thrifty life & some other ladies, where we thrifted an entire look using only $20. I chose this Jill Sander runway look. I love the colors and as soon as I saw this leather skirt at the second hand shop I new it was coming home with me. And for $15 {with tags on it still} I thought it was a good deal. Is that too much? I'm new at this..lol It cost me more to clean. which really sucks but i love it!

The colors aren't exactly the same and the lengths are different but what I like the most about the Jill Sander look was the colors. So I'm happy the way mine turned out. What do you think? Hit or miss?! I'm not going to lie, I didn't find shoes that's why my feet are cut off lol

It was also pouring raining and snowed a little today so the only other person I got to show the look off to is Josh! I'll def. wear it again once the sun comes back out. : )

  1. I really love the colour palette in this outfit! you did a good job matching the runway look. Who cares if the lengths aren't the exact same? It's probably not easy to find an orange skirt the EXACT same length.

    Great job! :)

  9. Love this idea of a thrift challenge. I am definitely challenged when it comes to thrifting but you did a great! That skirt is a serious find! Love the entire look...and I know this wouldn't be a thrifted item but I am pretty sure Target has shoes pretty similar to the ones the model is wearing.
