First it was crop tops, then overalls, now tying a shirt around your waist apparently is a thing again. Honestly I didn't actually leave my backyard wearing my jacket around my waist. I sorta kinda like it, but I'm not completely sold yet.
How do you feel about this 90's trend creeping back up?!

I'm not sure about the whole "shirt around the waist" thing, but it is cute with this outfit! I love that shirt/dress ;)
