This was my new years eve outfit. I really wanted to wear the sequin pant, but waited too long to buy them. I bought this shirt from the thrift store last week, so I felt like it was the perfect new-to-me top to bring in the new year. I wish I could have gotten better photos, but I was rushing all night. I hope you all had an amazing night. Yay for no hangover! lol 

I know 2013 is going to be filled with even more happiness and love as 2012 was! (cheesy I know lol) 

New Years Eve: Sparkle

When thinking of what to wear for New Years Eve, I usually think two things sparkles and a dress. But this year I'm thinking of wearing a pair of sequin pants instead. They're festive, fun, and will keep me warmer than a dress! 

I put together two different ways to wear these pants, because I can never buy something unless I have at least two ways to wear it.

This is the outfit I was thinking of when I put together this polyvore set. I really like how it turned out, I couldn't get better photos, because we were in a rush and it was freezing outside! (I have a few others on instagram here)

So how was everyone's Christmas?! Did you get what you wished for?! I didn't get what was on my wishlist, BUT I did get something better. A new SLR camera (Canon Rebel T3i) and a tripod! I mentioned to Josh that I want a better camera a while ago and he remembered. I wasn't expecting it so I was SO surprised! These were taken with the old camera I've been playing around with it all day, I really like the blurred background photos.. I just haven't figured out how to take them yet! lol If you have any tips I would love to know.
